A Dietetic Technician, Registered is a nutrition specialist recognized by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the world's largest organization of food and nutrition professionals. I received my college degree in dietetic practice and completed a hospital internship program at St. Clare’s Hospital in Denville, NJ.  I passed a national written examination administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration to attain my DTR credentials.  I maintain my credentials with the Commission on Dietetic Registration through mandatory continuing education credits.

 

My services include individual and group counseling, as well as seminars and lectures for corporate wellness programs and school systems. I work with a variety of healthcare practices, receiving referrals from primary care physicians, pediatricians, and cardiologists.  I am also certified in Child and Adolescent Weight Management, and have extensive experience working with children and young adults of all ages.

 

I am a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Dietetic Technicians in Practice, Nutrition Entrepreneurs Dietetics Practice Group, and Weight Management Dietetics Practice Group.
